Is the LeadGibbon extension available on Firefox or Safari?
Unfortunately the LeadGibbon extension is only available for Google Chrome.
What permissions am I required to grant the LeadGibbon extension when I install it, and why are they required?
You will need to grant the permission to "Read and change all your data on the websites you visit"
Our extension is required to ask this permission of all users. You will need to grant this permission in order for you to allow the LeadGibbon extension to extract relevant information from your leads' Sales Navigator profiles, and save this information to your Google Drive account.
How does LeadGibbon find email addresses on Sales Navigator?
The LeadGibbon extension identifies correct email addresses using the first name, last name, and company domain of the Sales Navigator profile of your lead, and pinging their company server directly to determine if the email is a match (shows as a Green check mark). If we're unable to make a connection with their server, we search through our database to produce our best match (shows as a Yellow check mark). The bounce rate for Green check mark emails are less than 1%, whereas the bounce rate of Yellow check mark emails are around 25%.
Can I contact you if I am getting inaccurate email addresses for my leads?
Certainly, getting feedback on any errors in our data is extremely helpful to improving our product. Our product development team will use your feedback to update our extension and provide more accurate data for all users. Please send all issues to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I find personal email addresses using the LeadGibbon extension?
The LeadGibbon extension only has the ability to identify and provide business email addresses to its users. The extension does not have the ability, and will not have the ability to identify and provide personal email addresses to anyone.
Will my leads know that I found their email address when I do a lead search on Sales Navigator?
No, but people will see that you visited their profile. This has to do with the way we extract relevant information from your lead's profile to identify their correct email address.
How many leads can I save to the LeadGibbon Google Sheet from my Sales Navigator searches?
There is no limit to how many leads you can save, but there is a limit to:
- The number of emails you can find with the LeadGibbon extension (determined by your LeadGibbon subscription plan).
- The number of profiles you can visit on Sales Navigator per day (determined by your Sales Navigator account type).
Can I search for a specific lead in my saved leads list?
Absolutely, just type the name of the lead you are looking for in the search field inside the LeadGibbon Google Sheet.
Can I move lead data from the LeadGibbon Google Sheet to another Google Sheet in my Google Drive account?
Of course, you can simply copy/paste your lead data from your LeadGibbon Google Sheet to any another sheet you like. However, only the LeadGibbon Google Sheet will be populated with new lead data when you hit the 'Drive' button or 'Check' button in the LeadGibbon extension.
How do I change my default email client to Gmail when I click the mail icon in the LeadGibbon sidebar?
To change your default email client to Gmail, log in to your Gmail account and click the double black diamond icon in your url address bar. Select 'Allow' and click 'Done'. Your default email is now Gmail.
Email Verification Requests
What does the colored check mark indicate, when performing an email verification request?
The colored check mark next to each email address indicates the probability that the email address identified is correct. A Green check mark indicates 99% probability that the email address is correct, and a Yellow check mark indicates 75% probability that the email address is correct.
Do unused email verification requests carry over to the next month?
Unfortunately, unused email verification credits do not carry over to the next month. The number of available email verification requests available to you will reset every month on your billing cycle day.
If an email verification request does not bring up a verified email address, does that count as one of my verification requests for the month?
Absolutely not! If an email verification request does not show a Green or Yellow check mark, it will not be counted as one of your verification requests for the month.
If I save a lead’s data to the LeadGibbon Google Sheet without using an email verification request, does it count towards my email verification requests for the month?
No, verification requests are only used to find and verify email addresses. Saving a lead doesn’t count as an email verification request.
Are multiple email verification requests, for the same lead profile on Sales Navigator, counted as a verification request each time?
Yes. If you request an email verification for a lead profile which you have made a request for in the past, it will be counted as an additional verification request for the month.
Billing & Subscriptions
How do I add or remove team members to my account?
To add or remove team members to your account, simply send an email with your request to email@example.com.
How do I change my credit card or billing information?
If you need to change your credit card or billing information, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our support team will set up a time to gather your updated information.
Does my subscription plan auto-renew every month?
Yes. Unless you cancel your subscription plan before your billing cycle renews, you will automatically be charged for the following month.
Can I cancel my subscription plan whenever I want?
Of course, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time. Once you have canceled, you'll still have access to your plan until the end of your billing cycle. All the lead data you have captured in your LeadGibbon Google Sheet will continue to be available to you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, simply send an email to email@example.com with your cancellation request, and your subscription will be canceled within the hour!
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan at any time?
Absolutely! You are free to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time based on your needs.
If I upgrade my subscription plan, is the new plan available to me right away?
Yes, the new subscription plan will be applied to your account right away and you will have access to the new plan on the same day.
Why haven’t I received my LeadGibbon invoice via email?
If you haven't received your LeadGibbon invoice in your mailbox, check that it hasn't been sent to your spam folder. If you still can't find it, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our support team will happily resend it to you.
